Your Right to Cancel

You have a legal right to cancel your order from the date we confirm your order has been dispatched. If the products have already been delivered, they should be returned as soon as possible.

If you cancel your order before dispatch, we will issue a full refund.

If the products have already been delivered, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned items or proof of return.

If you cancel because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping costs if the order has already been dispatched.
